There are several ways to get in touch with the Office of the Queensland Food Farmers' Commissioner.
Where to start
The best option depends on what you want you'd like to discuss, how sensitive the issue is and whether you're seeking information, general support or formal reporting.
If you're unsure which option is right for you, that's okay.
You can contact us by phone or email, and we'll help you work out the next steps.
Raise a concern (confidential portal)
Use this option if you want to:
- share a concern, experience or observation about the food supply chain
- report behaviours or practices that feel unfair, inappropriate or harmful
- raise an issue confidentially or anonymously
- help us understand patterns or emerging risks across the system.
This secure locked-down portal is the best option for sensitive matters or where you're not comfortable discussing the issue openly.
You can share as much or as little detail as you're comfortable with.
Reports can be submitted anonymously, and all information is treated as commercial-in-confidence.
